Food was great and we received our pizza quickly but my two young daughters got to witness first hand two employees engaging in a fist fight in the kitchen. I had to yell I have children here. For that reason I won’t return to this Cassano’s. The DM was made aware of this

This pizza is not worth your time or money as it’s not cheaper than other places. As other reviews state, it is very salty and their customer service if you try to call even to place an order is extremely agitating. Your best bet is to place your order in person as I did. If it wasn’t for how salty the crust is, it would be an okay thin crust pizza.

I ordered a pizza and salad online. Estimated delivery 90-120 minutes. Driver arrived in an hour. At 1st I was happy. My son got the food from the driver. I come out of my room to get my salad and there was only the pizza. I called the call center, told them what happened, they called the store who said they would try to come tact the driver and have him bring the salad. 35 minutes pasted and no salad. So I called the call center again, they tried calling the store a couple times with no answer. So, I was told they would place a reorder of the salad. I finally have my salad. It should not be this hard to deliver orders correctly.

Recently got a large deluxe pizza at Cassanos. Usually, we really enjoy their pizza. Cassano's pizzas tend to be a bit on the salty side, but, this time it was so excessively salty, we did not finish the pizza. It was a disappointment.
Great pizza! Good price for quality. It's much better than some famous brands.

Worst pizza I’ve had in years. Dried out and cold. Ingredients looked, smelled and tasted cheap and old. Onions were either dehydrated or so old that they dried up. Black olives were old and super strong smelling & tasting. My car stank of them. And how does an entire piece have none of the 4 toppings? Probably the best bite of the pie. Didn’t find out, we both had one bite and threw the rest into the garbage.

Was quoted an hour delivery. After 90 minutes called back in and they said it had left the restaurant 15 minutes before. 30 minutes later called back in. Customer Service Rep on the phone showed no interest. Got the District Manager comment line and related the story. Pizza showed up 30 minutes after that. More than TWO hours after it had departed the restaurant. Refused delivery. we have yet to receive a refund. 10 days later no reply from the District Manager. I went online and sent an email complaint. 2 weeks after that still no reply. they just don't care enough to give 1. Proper service. 2. District Manager cares less than the call center.
