Ordered food and get there to pick up and missing 2 items I tell the lady and says in a minute. 10 minutes go by during this time she complains about no help and makes 3 subs and makes a churro (which is 1 of my missing items) gives it to 3 rd person waiting. After making 3 others subs then makes my cookie and churro. The priority would been my 2 missing items I ordered over 30 minutes ago. My subs were cold. I added bacon to my sub but it was missing as well which was no suprise. Everytime I've ordered from subway its a horrible experience. Never again had enough. I apologized for being rude and sorry she was alone and pointed out she needs to get her priorities right. Finishing my order should have been top priority.

Always enjoy the conversation with the Employees while My food is being made. Granted Subway as a whole has went down hill, the Employees here are great. I normally don't do Subway, but They have some pretty good coupons out right now.

We decided to go for the foot long BOGO special tonight. What we ended up with is 1 foot long sandwich for almost $19.00. We ordered on the Subway app for delivery. The sandwich (1 sandwich) was left on the ground next to the door. No knock to alert us that the delivery was made. When I saw only 1 sandwich I tried over and over to call the store but never got an answer. I got in the car and went to the store. I told the guy behind the counter that I only got 1 of the sandwiches. He said "that's not our fault - you ordered from Door Dash". I said no I ordered on your app. He then said that they didn't have the ingredients to make the other sandwich and it was Door Dash's responsibility to let us know. I said that I still need a foot long sandwich of some kind. He said I can only make you a 6". When I asked why only a 6" and he said that's what you ordered. I put my receipt on the counter to show him and he said "see it's a 6". I said look at that again it says 12" #6 (the Boss). He then said I had to leave the store because I was getting loud. To be honest, I did get very heated at this point. As I left he was calling the police. I guess even when you have written proof, the customer isn't right.

says open till 10 online, placed a order charged our card then got there and they actually close at 9 they say and we disnt get a refund. do not go here or any other subway it is a scam!

Wonderful experience today at subway. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The store is clean as well. Angela and the other young lady were very sweet!! Thank you, it's hard to get any kind of customer service lately, we appreciate you!

Horrible location! Ordered via the app. App said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at 20 minutes. Food wasn't ready, the worker finished it up in less than 5 minutes. Looking at the bowl it appeared complete. Get to my destination and there is no meat or cheese. I called to see if I could get a refund or instore credit. The answer was "no, we can't do anything because it's an online order". They asked me to come back and they would have the corrected bowl waiting on me. I cannot miss meetings or alter a work schedule because you failed at your job. I should have opened the container and looked for the most expensive part. I paid for double steak and received salad, no meat no dairy. The best part is the lack of effort or care by the store. Order at your own risk!

My sandwiches are always made fresh. The staff is always friendly. Maybe depending on what time of day you go there might be a little wait time. But nothing too long. The restaurant is always clean and tidy.

Sure wouldve been really good except the bread was extremely stale tasting. It was hard and dry. Ruined the whole sub. I couldn't take it back cuz inhad to be at work.

Food was good, for it being a subway. They didnt have very many chip or drink options which I get covid. My problem was the customer service. The guy ( I believe) with the pony tail hair style was rude. I asked for a wrap and when I started to change things he got mad. I asked for the cheese that came with it ( shredded) and he gave me a very small amount. When I asked if that was the true amount he just looked at me. So I asked if I could possibly get more. He got rude with me and said it will cost more and truly you shpuldnt be changing things on your wrap. Like I thought this was subway and I could have it the way I wanted. Sure I recommend the food but the customer service will make me stay away from here.
