What a great place to stop for a drink or stay for lunch or dinner. Family friendly and one of the best menus any bar offers for miles. I highly recommend Schlecty’s to my friends and family.

This little place is a gem in a small town. Locally owned and operated by long time New Madison residents. Today at lunch it was quite, and order was taken quickly. I ordered the marinated tenderloin sandwich at the recommendation of another nearby customer and the staff (owner). It didn't disappoint and for $13 total lunch bill (with a side/drink), it was a super value. In and out in less than 30 min, it's a great lunch spot.
