Woman answered the phone angrily and told me to hold. I agreed and she set the phone down. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes just to have her hang up the phone on me. I then proceeded to call back and no one will answer. This is unacceptable customer service and I held them to a way higher standard.

Yet another attempt at ordering and half my order missing! Called store for refund and spoke to a 15 year old manager that has no idea how to provide assistance or service. After they refused to refund what they kept, the manager actually blamed THE DOOR DASHER and said that she probably stole it or kept it! What they do is criminal, swindling customers and keeping the product and not providing refund or explanation. Contacted dasher and was told they never gave this missing item to her to deliver. So I let her know that Coccas is accusing HER of stealing! Downright dirty and totally ridiculous that the kids that work there can’t provide customer service or do anything to fix THEIR ERROR!! This was the SALEM LOCATION.

My wife and I have been enjoying going to this location for several years. We purchased a pepperoni roll a few weeks ago and it was cooked perfect so delicious. Today I figured I would treat my mother to one. So I called to ask if I should order for a pick up and was told no we have rolls ready to go. I stop in to pick them up and they begin making the rolls from scratch. I mention to the woman that I called and they are not ready to go as told. So she apologized but gives me attitude then rushes my order undercooking the rolls. They were nearly raw inside. The parking lot in always empty but we enjoy helping local businesses as we own a home nearby. Hire some good help Cocca's. It's just a pizza joint.

The best pizza around, hands down. And surprisingly for a pizza joint their subs are very good. The Philly Cheesesteak is on another level! The best one I have had in a long time!

Saw sign outside offering Friday fish - one side - no price. I called to order later that Friday. Ordered broiled fish and Mac and cheese as my side. Ready in 20 minutes. $14.99. When picked it up - the bag with dinner felt very light in weight - less than a pound. Got it home and spouse very disappointed on portion size. Yes very skimpy portion size. Would have been better off ordering through one of the churches that offer at least French fries and a side. - for same price. That will be last time ever to go there.

Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and bacon and an order of breadsticks! Pizza was good, the ingredients seems fresh overall. The crust is thick and doughy! I put it my pizza in the Airfryer because the pizza seemed a bit undercooked to me!The breadsticks were very good, I enjoyed them! They did forget to put the marinara sauce in with them; which was a little disappointing as I think it would have been great to have with the breadsticks!So overall good, not great and as a newbie to the area I will continue my search for that perfect pizza!

I actually thought this was a family friendly restaurant but I won't be going here again. The pizza was amazing but the service was horrible. I had my 6 year old son with me and all I heard was f bombs from one of the girls who was wearing shorts that didn't even cover her butt. I'm sorry but if you are not happy at your job you shouldn't be there.
