No. They're not only insanely slow, but the ice cream is ALWAYS melted by the time we actually get it and the food is never good. Go to the one in New Springfield. They're slow too, but at least the ice cream isn't melted when you get it.

Bad franchise owner/management period. They only staff 16 year olds and to their credit they get it done but still they leave 3-4 16 year olds unsupervised with no manager or someone old enough to buy cigarettes all the time. Crazy. 5/5 for the employees 0/5 for the greedy

Poor service. Out of product, was never informed until after payment. When asking about other blizzard flavors after, the kid at the window could only name 1 flavor! Also found peanuts in NON-peanut butter blizzards. Could be a major health risk for allergies! Will not be back.

The absolute worst ....the older lady needs to go she has zero manners, and young kids are brainless, over-filled my blizzard and didn't not give me a "to go" lid, and it's 85° outside, by the time I got home I had ice cream all over my clothes, truck, and floors...it wasn't even ice cream, more like vanilla

I was just verbally berated by an older lady who's "worked here for 3 years" because she said they don't open at 10. She told me she just had this fight last week with another woman. She threatened to refuse service. After showing her the address on google to verify the location, she still continued to go off at me and tell me the address is wrong (10201 main st, new Middletown) and tell me again she could refuse to serve me. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially with my toddler watching from their car seat.Replying to owner: I should've included she asked for my order and told me to go to the window before she even started all of this. I didn't pull up just to hear they're closed. I pulled up and had my order initially taken and then this all escalated
A huge shout out to our New Middletown Dairy Queen. Fantastic service (thank you, Colton) and the most beautiful graduation cake ever. Love the staff and the service!!!
