Our table was dirty when we sat down salt or sugar and looked like grease on it. The food took way to long with not many other people even in the restaurant. Food was good but the prices have raised so not really worth it. Waitress was nice an looked like was trying her best. Staff sounded like they talked more then making the food. Was food and trash on the floors. Not a great experience.

We sat there 10 minutes and had ask for drinks. Our cheese sticks came they were cold doughy. Customers kept walking out because it was taking to long to get their food. They cooked us more cheese sticks they were better this time. The double cheeseburgers were good . Then my husband ask for a glass of water because the ice tea was terrible to. She had to go ask because they were out of clean dishes.

Went here for dinner with my mom and my two girls...waiting 1.5 hrs(they were not busy) they gave our food to two different people. Cook left their shift in the middle of cooking our meal, leaving everyone confused. Multiple people came in after us, ate and left before us. I asked for diet coke, they gave me coke zero without informing me that was what they had. All around, terrible experience. they did discount but it still wasn't worth it.

We went this week March 23rd.The food just wasnt good, and it was also cold. Couldn't get juice or lemonade etc machines were down.They no longer have brown gravy??? Insane..the hashbrowns were awful..My friend said she won't be back..I am pretty sure I won't be either. She wanted her AARP discount and they didn't give it to her...5 months ago I went there and everything was great..Can't understand what happened...

I decided to go here at like 5 in the morning because I couldn’t sleep and I was hungry, well the waitress rolled her eyes at me when she seated me and went to the back and complained that I was there so early in the morning. I got up and left and went to McDonald’s instead. Sad thing is there was literally only one other customer in the building. Food was never great when I’ve been here in the past but I definitely won’t go back ever again.

The food was good. I asked for two and got one, but it was ok. I was only charged for one so I didn't mind too much. The waitress was a hoot. We all really liked her. She was in the ball with drink refills and getting us anything we needed.

We stopped here on our way to the state wrestling tournament Saturday morning for breakfast. There was one server working and she was amazing. Our food was delicious.
My son and I got seated and waited 45 minutes for someone to come take our order. When they took our order another 30 minutes when by and still no food so we ended up leaving. Terrible customer service.

I stop here very often, the staff are very friendly and the cooks care about your allergy needs if you talk to the waiter about it. When I have been down this establshment has perked me right back up. They keep the place clean even when they are getting slammed, the food is always hot and delicious. Take out is just as good as the food is for dine in. It is small but if you are wanting the Denny's nostalgic Family diner vibe this place always seems to deliver.

Went for my daughter birthday on a Tuesday and was looking at her menu and seen it says kids eat free with purchase of an adults entire or meal included when we got the bill I seen the charge asked the waitress and was informed word for word ( I'm sorry sir we do not honor that at this location due to the company losing so much money) I follow up with why is it advertised in ur store then she goes I'm sorry sir I can't answer that alone asking for a manager I was informed no Manger was on duty after the hours of 5pm

I stopped here after a football game in December. I couldn’t find anywhere open on the way back home but saw the Denny’s sign. I’m glad I stopped. I had the bacon bourbon burger and it was outstanding. The waitress was very friendly and dressed in Christmas attire. The restaurant was also decorated for Christmas. It was the perfect ending to seeing Massillon win the championship.
