I love y’all and you guys make some bomb subs, but please please please don’t put the wettest lettuce into the sandwhiches.And please wipe the board dry when you place the bread down, my sandwhich was soooooo soggy I couldn’t even eat it. The lettuce was so wet so the inside and outside of the sandwhich was soggy and it was awful.

I work nearby so I come in often because it's the best of all the options in this area. I get the same thing every time, and I wish I got the name of the girl who made my #55 w/ extra chicken + chipotle mayo because I'd name drop her and demand she get a raise. That was easily the best order I've had from here so far. So thank you whoever you are, it's been a long day and that sandwich made it all a little better.Dietary restrictions: I don't eat beef or pork, which is why the big kahuna is my go to. They have veggie options, and can easily cater to people who don't eat dairy as well. It's all pretty simple and straight forward so, you really shouldn't have any issues finding something that meets your personal dietary preferences and restrictions.Parking: Can get wild when busy but, that's not on them and on the plaza having too small of a parking lot for the business within it.Kid-friendliness: Open dining room with plenty of seats and tables, very much kid/ family friendly.

Shoutout to the old white lady who quit making my sandwich because I asked her nicely for light ham. As soon as I walked in here I was not greeted, then she mumbled something at me while making my food. Stop making it after asking for light ham and went in the back to do the dishes. Her coworker had to apologize and finish making for me. Not surprised to experience this racism in new Philadelphia after visiting my parents for a few days. Just like the good old days

I could see that they were busy, so waiting nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged was bad, but understandable. After finally being greeted, I was told there would be at least a 30 minute wait on the grill because of all the online orders. I am a live customer standing there in the store and online orders for Door Dash were more important. They were clearly understaffed and the manager was obviously stressed, but I cannot understand why a customer standing in front of you is a last priority. Although this was the most extreme, it has been typical for my experience at this location.

i usually enjoy jersey mikes but today while waiting in line i overheard an adult employee make sexual comments at a clearly teenage boy working. she proceeded to grab his arm and he told her to stop. before i could react to what i saw she proceeded to walk in the back. this behavior was distasteful and i will not be going back.
The sandwich I had was good and service was fast once waited on. Workers friendly. My only complaint is $9 for what appeared to be a 6 inch maybe 7 is over the top. Probably not go there again as it wasn’t worth that kind of money. Over a dollar an inch.

Continually laughed and joked about my gluten-free ‘preference’ to my face. Preference or not, I don’t think my food choices deserve ridicule with the customer right in front of you. Then made both sandwiches that I ordered with the wrong ingredients. Just horrible service all around.

Normally Jersey Mike's food is fantastic! I do highly recommend this restaurant.My review today was due to understaffing which created stressed staff. Stressed staff make mistakes. I have no problem with mistakes, we all make them.My issue was that I had ordered a portobello mushroom sub to pick up and when I did, I took it outside to eat with my daughter at one of the tables. When I opened the sub, it was one big, oily, soggy, mess. It truly was inedible. I took it back in to show them and was told it had been setting a few minutes. The gal that had made it was upset as they were busy and finally said she could remake it. I said I would truly appreciate it if she would.What I received in return was mostly a cheese and onion sub. There was one large mushroom and a few small pieces.?. I did not take it back in because I truly did feel bad for the young girl cooking. Yet I don't think I will EVER ASK FOR A REMAKE AGAIN.
