I’ve eaten here a couple times and I’m not someone who goes off first impressions but every time I’ve eaten here the food is always undercooked even when I’ve told them to cook it longer. They never answer their phones and if you call them they end up just turning the phone off. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest place to us because if I had the option I’d go elsewhere.

When trying to call the phone number that's listed for them all I get is the voicemail box has not been set up yet. Don't get a busy signal. Don't get any other information. I don't know how you do business with that going on.

I frequent this establishment often (probably 3 times per month), but it’s obvious that proper management is painfully lacking. I went there tonight at 5:30pm on a Monday, intending to use a gift card for a “hot-and-ready” pizza (the only way to use their gift card is in person, not possible through their app). What were their options currently “hot-and-ready” (specifically advertised at 4pm through 8pm)? Nothing. At an establishment that is based upon walking in and buying a pizza, they had no pizzas.

Everything I have gotten from this location is always good. They don't always hot and ready pizzas up, but they will crank them out pretty quick If you have wait! Deep dish and ICB are our favorite.

Kudo's to the New Philadelphia Little Caesar's Manager & team for getting every order correct & having my pick-up order ready on time yesterday evening. This order of 16 pizza's & 4 crazy bread was for our Christmas Lunch/Dinner at work & needless to say, I had 16 very hungry mechanics that were very happy with their orders. My 4 year old daughter wanted to order a pizza with me so I called and let her say “hi can I order a pepperoni and cheese pizza?”(loud and clear) and the lady says is this a child? I said I’m ordering it with her she just wanted to talk. And the lady would not let her speak and now my child has been crying for 30 minutes because all she wanted to do was order a pizza WITH ME on the phone. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give 5 stars because it is what it is. You don't come to little ceasar's looking for a succulent, gourmet meal. You come to little ceasar's because you're hungry and on a budget. The 5* are for value, speed of service, and consistency. You'll be hard pressed to find any other alternative that can = out to two meals for $7. You can barely find that at a grocery store anymore. I appreciate LC for providing that option, and even though it isn't stellar, it's still comfort food and good enough. Personally I prefer the "deep dish", and sometimes question if there's a little hint of crack in the cheesy jalapeno sauce (joking) because it's awfully addictive and I can't order from here without it.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza, breadsticks, etc don't have meat so... I'd say it's pretty obvious.Parking: It's a plaza, plenty of it.Kid-friendliness: You don't dine in, and it's not exactly a strip club, nor do they serve alcohol so again, pretty obvious.

For whatever reason our pizza tasted like fish??! I've never had an issue here before but there was so much grease in the ICB that my husband stopped eating it to squeeze it out to show me. He couldn't finish it. I tried it and oh my goodness it was terrible... normally no issues but this trip was the worst. Sorry, I don't like giving bad reviews but this trip's food was so gross. Both ICB were the same, I didn't even touch the pizza due to a n upset stomach from the ICB.
