I don’t care who knows but I love their cod. However, I found out that they prepare only so much per day. Once it’s gone, that’s it. We stopped by around 14:30 one day. Out of cod. Not cool. We went elsewhere.

there food is excellent this is out of a science fiction movie I called them to let them know they're showing they're open till 9:00 p.m. they tell me their GM thought they'd wait till after the holidays to let the people at the front office know it's wrong this is insane how many people are you going to inconvenience so your management don't have to get off their butt you guys keep this up you're going to be out of business you're hardly keeping your hours as it is I called here and asked him how late they be open tonight till when they weren't going to keep their hours till 9:00 they told me it would be till 8:00 I get here at 7:40 they're already closed down in the morning when I told her they had closed early he told me it didn't happen now how are you open if your signs are not lit nothing's lit up anywhere around your building to the district manager if you want to know if your manager is lying it's easy I guarantee you will not have an order that's later than 7:39 because that's when I got there and everything was closed in the lights were off your last order is probably going to be about 7:20 Thursday nite dec 28

Got a fish and chicken platter.The fish was like leather and the fries were really old. Not fresh at all .Chicken tasted old to. I could not eat it. Threw it in the trash when I got home. I will never go there again.I used to go all the time never had a bad experience. Something has gone wrong with the fast food experience.Wasted my money you crooks. The cat wouldn't even eat it.I've to hate fast food. I want my money back .

Cashier was very friendly. Food was very good. Don't go to New Philadelphia very often. Need to put a Long John's in Coshocton again. A lot of people miss the one we had before it caught on fire.

Love Long John's, but they are few and far between. Good fish and chicken with vinegar sauce and the famous hush puppies makes a great meal... so different from the usual burger joints. Hopefully, the New Philly place will stay open.

Ordered 8 PC family meal. 4 chicken, 4 fish and waited 17 minutes at lunch time with nobody else in line. What happened to the cardboard Long John Silver's containers? Now using styrofoam containers. Lived 21 years in area and will never return to this location again.
