I love this food. PERIOD. They aren't bad as the reviews say, plus they are friendly too. The chicken teriyaki is...BOMB. Def would recommend to someone who is happy and not mad. ?

Food was decent it was edible but it wasn’t the best.they guy who worked the register was unhappy and i said thank you to him when he gave me my Mountain Dew and didn’t even acknowledge it.will not eat from for a while.

We had used my husbands card and they took the money off the card and said it didn’t go through but it clearly did when it took the money off the card and they refused to give us the food for our son, mind you he’s almost 2 and I’m pregnant!! So if I was you guys I would take cash!!!

Won't ever eat here again. Horrible service. I asked for a sample of the beef and they said no. So, I should have gone with my first feeling and left, but I just ordered the chicken with vegetables and fried rice. When I saw them put white rice on my plate, I questioned it. They said I ordered white. I said no, I ordered fried rice. Then he continued to argue with me instead of giving me what I ordered. I just said whatever and took what they gave me. Never will they have my business again. And by the looks of other reviews, they tend to be rude people.
The staff messed up my girls order and when asked ifthey could fix it they gave her attitude and refused togive her a new drink. I will never eat here. Ever.

Refused service 10 minutes before close, although Caucasians were allowed to order.I am from South Carolina and decided to come to this mall to try out an exercise class. Afterwards, my daughter and I looked around the mall and decided to grab some dinner before the mall closed at 7. We were in line behind a Caucasian couple at Osaka Japan at around 6:53. I stood there waiting about 1 minute until the couple informed me they had ordered, the cook just began preparing the food in front of us. When I got ready to order the cook gruffly said to my daughter and I (who are Afro-American), “WE ARE CLOSED!” The couple looked at me, puzzled, then, we all looked back at him. I asked him if I could please order, to which he kept saying: “WE ARE CLOSED!!!” I walked over to Marshalls, noticing the doors were still open (to all the stores) and asked the time; after all that, it was 6:57. I went back to Osaka to ask what time they normally closed, they said “7:00”, I told them it was STILL not 7:00, to which he replied, “6:55”.I guess at this place they close early if you fit certain profile...Literally left with a headache and feeling sick that people like that are allowed to do what they want to who they want.

This place never ever fails me. Always hot, and delicious portions are wonderful for the price and its made by order. This is hands down 9n of my favorite places to grab food!! 10 outta 10 reccomend.
