They have 3 employees just standing around while door dash irders are sone and bagged in front if them and they wont hand the order over.Its all the time unless the manager is working.

the skinny white girl with glasses will lie too you on doordash orders. for example the order is already bagged and sitting waiting..she will lie and tell you it'll be a few more.min. watched her today train a new customer to lie to me and say it will be 10 min for the pizza to be done. i set a timer on my phone and when it went off she told me in a disgusting look.. that the pizza just came out. so i refused to sit back down and i watched what she did next and that was pick my customers pizza up off a cooling rack and take 2 min to cut it..3 min to box it and hand it to me 24 min late for a door dash customer. i have also contacted cooperate for the horrible customer service as well in blatantly lieing to my face 2 times in 1 day in a row on 2 separate orders. all there orders are late while they have 4 employees standing around. horrible service

Gag... Gag. They literally reheated it in front of me. I had sbarro in Columbus 2 days ago for the first time and I absolutely loved it. This was nothing the same. Absolute garbage. Floppy, thick crust, undercooked pepperoni. Absolutely disgusting. I see why Sbarro gets so much hate now.

Just bought 2 slices of cheese pizza at 4:50 this evening. Went with cheese pizza instead of anything else they had out because they didn't have much out & most of it was burnt. Wanted breadsticks but they wouldn't have any ready for 15min. The pizza i did order was burnt when they heated it up. 10 bucks down the drain

Even though they are open until 9pm, apparently they will cancel any orders after 7:30 and tell door dash that they are closed.
