So I have never been here today was the first time . Won’t be back the lady Manda that waited on me was not in the mood . First and for most she kept taking her gloves off . She didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted just assumed . Ring me up before finishing the prep of my sandwich . She then goes and immediately puts gloves on with out washing her hands let me state glove she only put one glove on . When k ran a subway anytime gloves removed they are to wash hands before touching the glove think about it the outside of the glove that your touching is what’s touching the veggies . Secondly she touched the utensils with the ungloved hand held my sandwich cut it then didn’t even put on the second glove to finish process ,she held it in her hand that’s definitely not how your to do it .honestly if I’m following the leader and my manager is showing me the proper way to make good then it should be done that way to follow health code . Very disgusting that I paid 10 for a sandwich that I won’t eat now because she never washed her hands once .. or even properly put gloves on . This is just not ok ?

Placed a mobile order, walked in grabbed my bag and i was missing a sandwich, so had to wait extra 15 mins for them to make my other sandwich, then get home to 3/4 subs, all wrong toppings/ not toasted no cheese wrong dressing, just horrible, 45$ worth of sandwiches to be 100% wrong horrible service and attitudes from

The Workers were horrible. I ordered 4 subs online for pickup and all 4 subs were completely wrong and when asked for refund we were denied.

There were 6 people behind me in line and instead of waiting on us, the girl very slowly worked on online orders, which I could see on the ticket weren't being picked up for another 15 minutes. Never even said 'ill be with you in a minute" or anything. Everyone was impatient, especially people who were on their lunch break. Then when I was finally waited on, she wasn't very pleasant.

Great quality food and made well. Staff was distracted and not the most attentive which slowed things down, would help to stay on task when serving a customer. Otherwise good visit overall.

The one thing I don't like is sitting there for ten minutes to be waited on. Employees were busy making online orders. It just doesn't make sense to make someone wait that long to be waited

I unfortunately have never had a good experience at this Subway. Most of the time seems to be due to the two young men who work the closing shift. Subs are always made wrong. Placed an online order once over an hour before close. When we went to get it at the time it said, they had the doors locked and everything closed early. Then tried to wave us away until they realized our order was sitting at the front counter waiting to be picked up. Tonight when I ordered online and picked it up, I was shocked thinking I just had my first positive experience there. Then went home and opened up my sub to find it wrapped in a hundred stickers. May seem like harmless jokes, but definitely makes me worry when these are the same people preparing and handling our food! I do not trust ordering from this Subway, and you shouldn’t either.
Ladies working that evening were rude AF! It's not the customers fault that the other Subway's location closed down early! We shouldn't have to hear about it while we see and feel the attitude you are flinging everywhere! Plus, why is New Philadelphia one of the only places where the FLBOGO is not valid?!? rant over... ?

Went to subway today on Southside they had to employees I waited 20 minutes behind a lady but anyhow the employee kept complaining saying didn’t anyone read the sign on door and I spoke up and said no what’s it say she said how can u miss it,it’s right by the handle but very rudely she said we can’t keep up we’re only taking online orders oh oops sorry anyhow I finally order my subs to the cocky employee and other girl says I’m going outside. Ok but ur busy whatever! Then I go to checkout and I had a coupon and she said I couldn’t use it because it had a rip now come on it had a code for her to enter lazy again so I said then I don’t want it I was walking out she yelled have a great day Karen lol end of story just terrible the worse service ever!
