Very poor service, it seemed like the boy had a really bad day!! Not nice at all!! The Arby's roast beef sandwich surely didn't have the right amount of meat either! No personality at all! Never going back to this establishment..

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Our go to stop for lunch when passing through Newark.

Seems like this place got planked by the removal of the intersection here, now you have to cut through the cherry valley neighborhood to get to it.The food here is perfectly fine most of the times I eat here, but just remember to check your bags before you leave.They stopped doing loaded curly fries, I think that's a thing for all Arby's now.I dig the smokehouse brisket.
Our last two visits to the Granville, OH Arby's location were disappointing. The Wild Burger was overcooked last visit and the chicken sandwich and well as chicken strips tonight were all so thin they were tough to chew.

Arby's was hot fast and ok tasting. I go back bc it's cheap n easy. I am sad that they did away with snack sized shakes they were the perfect amount for me...
Just ordered to Beef n Cheddar. Took them back and returned them. I said here. I don't want to argue but the only thing warm on this is the bun and the meat is pink-undercooked. Check your food before you eat it or better yet just skip the place.

Ordered at 845 was told out of roast beef we can refund or get chicken. Switched to chicken suddenly they had roast beef. Get home and they left out various items. I'm sorry your open until 10 but quit working at 830. If you didn't want to serve us shouldn't have given the second option I'd have gone elsewhere but being lied to and then forgetting stuff. People like that are lucky to be employed
