If you want to go to Bob Evans, I recommend going here to the 21st st location and NOT the Heath location due to their inaccuracy and sometimes rude staff. That said, I have always had good, accurate service here and the food is always good.

ordered online. Small serving of turkey and dressing states it comes with mashed potatoes and gravy. Does not state on the menu that is your singular side. It offers you to choose a side. If you choose one, it removes the mashed potatoes and gravy. This should be fixed on the online menu.. Ordered Southwest chicken with a side of Broccoli. They ran out of broccoli so they just left it out.. They also ran out of banana bread so they just left that out too. I called to complain, and they only offered a voucher for a side, and an order of banana bread when I come in next time. I’m not willing to drive back down just to pick up a voucher so they loose a frequent customer.

Update after 6 years of avoidance.Food quality is great. Service was good & attentive. TY Marie. Unfortunately there is no counter seating. Even still, the atmosphere has a "truck stop" feel. The food may bring me back more often. (Seater confused when asked for counter seating, then stopped to seat me ???)

Went with family and friends for a late breakfast. We had a group of 8 and service was great. Food was served quickly and hot. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Really really wish the servers looked more pulled together and someone would clean the glass on the front doors. The bathroom could use a good scrub also. We have to take my elderly mom here weekly because it's what she likes, but the place needs cleaned. The picture is the blinds beside my seat, see the mold/mildew?

The food and service was a lot better than in the past, however my one complaint is they no longer have busers ,so the wait staff cleans off the table of all the dirty dishes, takes them in the back . I have never seen them wash their hands before getting customers orders and serve them. So if you eat out, you are eating after a lot of people. So look around the restaurant and take a look of the ones your trading germs with. Where is the Health department? Why aren't they doing there job?
