I had my best friend and her kiddos and I had a couple of mine kiddos with me. We had a small girls night out if you want something well worth your money when you go out to eat and just to have a good time I highly recommend coming and visiting the people at the buckeye winery. Also try their bloody Mary highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

The wine is good, I went to the class city wine festival and the person serving us wine was rude and was extremely rushed. You could tell get she didn’t want to be there. Wine is good, but a bad vibe doesn’t get sales

Went to Buckeye Winery on the Newark Square for their Valentine's Day Dinner Event. The tasting room has a fun and inviting vibe and the staff was friendly and tentative. House made meatballs were fantastic and the live music really set the mood. Not a bad seat in the house. Will definitely be back!

Wine tastings are decent prices and atmosphere are perfect for hanging out. Meeting with friends or even a date day or night, highly recommended for anyone passing through! ??

Buckeye Winery is located in beautiful downtown Newark. They make and offer something like 50 different wines. The staff is friendly and fun and make you feel welcome! Sometimes they have live music on Saturday night. They also have trivia nights. You can even make your own wine as a group or by yourself. They have food and it all tastes good. The pizza is delicious. You just have to order food a half hour before they close. They have weekly food specials too. They are opened until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday they close at 7pm. The wine slushes are amazing!! Try them all. My favorite was the dreamsicle. It tastes like the orange dreamsicle ice cream. If you aren’t a wine person they also offer beer. They have 8 chairs at the bar to sit. They also have 2 and 4 tops and larger round tables for larger parties. They have tshirts and misc wine related merchandise for sale too. You can park on the street or anywhere around the downtown square. We will definitely be back!

Service was good and the grilled cheese panini was great. Never had chili with carrots in it which wasn't my thing. I'll go back again I'm sure.

Used to be very fond of this place.love the original owners they were genuine and you knew they cared, something about new partial ownerJeff is off-putting, like he is just there for the ?. Use to be inviting place, this move tainted the history and fondness I previously had for the place.....different vibe now. Like a gourmet chef prepared and plated his best ravioli for you but then you dump a can of chef boyardee, on top , ruined the once excellent dish

Very nice place. Pizza was very good. Dreamcicle slushy was delicious. They also have Caramel Apple and Pumpkin spice slushies.

The service was good considering the crowd there for the Xmas show at the courthouse.

Not dispointing by any means. I have been here quite a bit. Enjoyed the wines, but I like to be "surprised". Asked the server to surprise me with a flight of semi sweet reds and she appeared to be scared to death. Would also like some food pairings... but overall it was a great time.

Buckeye Winery was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hidden gem exceeded my expectations in every way, offering exceptional service, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and a fantastic selection of unique flavors that left me truly impressed. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable about their wines and were more than happy to answer any questions I had.Buckeye Winery truly stands out with its remarkable selection of flavors. The jalapeño wine had just the right amount of heat, balanced perfectly with the fruitiness of the wine.Whether you're looking to expand your wine horizons or simply want to unwind and enjoy some incredible flavors, Buckeye Winery is the perfect place to indulge in a truly memorable experience.

Majority desert wines. The ones that are not are ok. The chardonnay is probably the best, but is extremely acidic. Would not suggest getting these wines unless you are into super sweet wines.

I have been here in the past and it was delightful. Today we went they were busy but not that busy. We sat for 30 minutes at our table with no acknowledgment that we were here. Took care of the tables around us. I at least would expect “I’ll be right with you”. Nothing. After 30 minutes so we got up and left and no one seemed to care either way. Very Disappointing
