I have to update my review. This chipotle is going down quickly. Few people at this location actually work diligently. My wife and I have walked out to eat elsewhere multiple times. Frequently there is only one person on the line and that is one issue. The other is often the line person clearly doesn’t give a darn about moving quickly. Other than one lady, I can’t think of any of the line people that are nice and move diligently. After yesterday, 4/13, I’m done. Guy with a mustache barely moved and was clearly not wanting to work. We walked out. At this point, I’ll take my business to the location on 79 even though this location is down the road from me.

The line was wrapped around the inside. Rice and trash all over the floors and tables. Over flowing trash cans and look how the utensil area is. Management needs to get their act together to create better standards inside the restaurant.

usually go to the heath chipotle, but went to this one today. people are super super nice, they actually used the full scoops of the items, the rice was perfect and not hard. the perfect rice texture genuinely. the steak was cut well, everything was perfect! 10/10

chips are always stale. i get them each time thinking “maybe this time they won’t be stale” and then i have to spit out the chips because they are in fact stale. every single time this month. what do you guys do? keep the same bags sitting up there for weeks? did you hire people who hate their job?

I just wanted to say I had an amazing experience! I went for dinner and got some amazing food. Later that night I realized I forgot my medical kit. All of the stuff we're amazing, the lady who took my order, the guy at the register, the amazing guy who gave me extra toppings when he made sure and clarified if I asked for them. Then when I came to ask if they had possibly found my kit, one lady said let me check, another guy said yes they found it, and a third girl came out with it, and she said she was super thankful the kit found an owner, and all of the staff were so pleasant and helpful and friendly!Thank You So Much Chipotle!!2/18/24 Dinner time ❤️

Do not order from here. They are always backed up. Today, they were out of virtually every food product. They most likely just need to hire more staff. I dont know for sure, but this Chipotle has severe timing issues. They either need to hire more people or just shut down. Just go to the one on 79. They are way faster!

Went in ordered a chicken bowl they gave me a little scoop of rice a few pieces of chicken on top of that rice that was burnt a lot of tomatoes and sour cream and a little sprinkle of cheese. I will not be going back to this location it looks dirty on the inside could use a good cleaning and the chicken was just ridiculous. I've never had this type of burnt food from here before this would have been thrown in the trash if I was management.
I was there for a pickup meal. The food was fantastic as always. Parking can be an issue at dinner times.

Something was off with the food after I bought some on my way to work. It was like a sour after taste and borderline ranch smell to my burrito.It was odd like I couldn't tell if it was the tomatoes or the sour cream was going bad. It was odd but a time before that I had hair in the food.So safe to say I won't come to this location anymore. Sucks cause it's at a convention location but I'm not going to take risks
