Food is always consistently good, this is one of the family owned businesses in Licking county who understands how to take care of their local clients. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great meal at a fair price.

Every time I come through the drive-through and try to order chicken they always tell me they don’t have enough chicken or they can’t do that because they’re almost out of chicken to fulfill that order. They never have pot pies. It’s one of the most ghetto Lees chicken I’ve ever ran across. There’s barely any workers in there it takes 20 minutes to order through the drive-through why they have their employees out in the parking lot, smoking cigarettes and bumping to music. At this point, they should just close down! If you don’t want to cook the damn food due to pure laziness, why are you there?

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this facility tonight. I was looked at funny in the window only to be told it wasn't ready and to pull around front, when asked how long it would be I was told "just go I have other people behind you" while sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes waiting, I watched an employee start smoking in the lobby, guess its not a big deal since the lobby is closed more than half the time anyway. Such a disappointment from such a reputable company ?

I bought a chicken pot pie (we knew it always had a small amounts of shredded chicken in it) but this pot pie had "NO" chicken in it at all!!! $6.69 for some pieces of potatoes and carrots in gravy. And I also got a side of gizzard and liver and they were over cooked and hard. For this, I paid $5.24. Totalling $11.93 of food that was half inedible and the other, not what I should have paid for at all! I tried calling the restaurant 2xs and I rang & rang. No one would pick up for me to talk too. Someone needs to know about what kind of food they are putting out. I usually love to eat here. I have eaten here for years, but this is just plain wrong and someone should make this right! Also, I most definitely "would" recommend the pot pie "if" it had big chunks of shredded chicken in it and not so many carrots and potatoes!

Have not been to 21st location for several months. Lee's has fell into the poor service of most north Newark fast food locations. Stopped in during the early summer and while I was waiting for no service two of the employees started to fight at the back door. I just left. Went back a few weeks later and could not get anyone to take my order so I left. My wife stops once in a while but lack of product those stops don't happen anymore either. I live north of Newark but I drive to Cedar St. to get dinner if I chose chicken. It's a shame, we constantly stopped on 21st to get food prior. Also 5 to 6 dollar a gallon tea didn't help either.

The worker LIED to me about being closed at 755 and I had waited in the line already for 15 minutes without anyone coming over the speaker. 21st street location SUCKS!!!

Was at drive thru at 10:58 am today and couple workers outside smoking and made comment oh they can wait we have few mins no I went elsewhere don't need that kind of negativity poor service cus ur smoking was more important then serving customers won't be back to lees 21
