Got a mcdelivery from the app, 2 sausage and biscuits and a hasbrown and sweet tea, got here with only the sweet tea. Like how do you just forget to add the entire order of food to the bag doesn’t make sense for a “business”.

You guy's really need to get it together at this store! That fat sloppy manager of yours that comes to people's jobs and harasses them after they came in for a refund. I came in for a refund like 5 months ago and Tosha Wilson has since then came into my job and calls me names daily on top of it she threatens to crash into my car the other day and resulted in to Me quiting because I'm tired of seeing her ugly face at my job being a bully! Ive called several times about this woman and you guys just don't care! The workers can't stand her half of the community can't stand her and you guys hire a bully? I will be getting a lawyer on this matter because enough is enough and since McDonald's doesn't actually take these complaints seriously maybe if a lawyer steps in they will. I have video footage of all of this and Audio as well if you would like to see how crazy this women is!

Advising New management!! They gave us two extremely burnt Big Macs no fries. Was not friendly about replacing them. Got out of character for a refund. They deserve minimum wage at its finest!! Uncalled for 2024

The night shift at the 21st street McDonald is worthless. If you come between the hours of usually midnight to 3am they almost always have an excuse on why they can’t serve you food. It’s almost 8 or 9 out of 10 times. Your only job is to cook food and serve it yet these clowns are incapable of doing that. And being it’s the only place that is pretty much open at these hours means there is no where to eat this late at night and when you work third shift that’s a problem!!
