Worst panda we've been to in a long time. They were out of a lot of things. I asked for teriyaki chicken, and they said there was no more. They offered to give me the prepackaged chicken that you can see in the pic, which was there when we walked in and waited in line for about 10 mins. I said no, and after we paid, they took it out of the boxes and put it back in the pan. The wife got 4 pieces of chicken in her bowl, and the rice was way overcooked. They made us wait while 4 people were helping drive thru, and only 1 person helped in store orders. We will not be back to this location. Both trashes were also overflowing.Parking: Plenty if parking

Second time in a row I’ve ordered takeout from here just to have the lobby closed. So I still had to sit in a 30 drive-thru line. All the lights were off around the building along with the menu. This has to be the worst location in Ohio. I will not be returning to this panda.
Food was good, It was busy but people working here were nice and taking one customer at a time.

Small mistake on my order. Was no big deal, until I went inside and had to deal with the “manager”, I could tell she had the right idea in mind following store policies, but she really needs to work on her delivery if she wants to continue her career in costumer service… she had a terrible attitude for no reason, I hate to see her actions if she had to deal with a serious problem, maybe she should consider another career
