Food was actually better than expected it’s hit or miss with this chain. What I didn’t like was hearing the two women in the back bad mouthing an employee. It’s just rude. What if I would have known the girl you were complaining about. It went on and on and on. Karen shut up! So freaking loud too! Rude!
Also very disappointed with the new system at Steak and Shake. Ordered sandwich and fries. They were cold at pickup. This was a dine in order. It took a long time to get our food and the milk shakes are not worth $5.00.
