This place is affiliated with Franks and Sammies, which is usually amazing. We ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches. They took quite awhile to come out. When they finally did, one was burned to the point of being inedible and cold. The other was made with the heel piece of the loaf and was also cold. Disappoined to say the least. Our server was amazing though.In response to the response I just got from the owner who apparently doesn't understand how to appropriately deal with customers.There was never an offer made to re-make the sandwiches and it took so long to get them in the first place, cold, why would we even entertain a second attempt if it was offered?No worries about us coming back either. You can't even keep the #1 item on your menu in stock. Hot dog joint has no hot dogs. Great way to run a business.
