we go there occasionally and its only "sometimes" good or correct. I'm writing this after receiving subs that had extra stuff on it that I didnt order. I'd understand if it was a complex order, but chicken bacon ranch with NO lettuce?! A sub with mayo instead of Italian sauce, simple right?

Hey the driver tonight from incredibles pizza Sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We called at 1:10 and we never got are pizza they called the wrong number when they arrived they didnt even come knock on the door i called the store and they said they would be right back they never came back and never called and now are closed ive waited for hours its never tookin this long even if they were backed up and ive ordered from them alot so yet again the driver they had too night totally sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time we ordered the pizza and wings were delicious, we had no issues, and everything was great. However, last night we tried to order, they said it would be about an hour and a half which was perfectly fine we didnt mind waiting, but after 3 hours of waiting and us calling twice to see where our order was, it got pretty annoying.. On top of that we never even recieved our food((:

The last 6 times we've ordered from here they've ignored our request for our subs to be well done. Tonight takes the cake. I called to let the know I was upset about them not pushing the subs back in for a few minutes to get the buns golden and crispy on the edges. I was offered no refund or even a discount or credit. After hanging up I took a bite of my undercooked DRY sub! NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER ON OUR SUBS NOT EVEN THE ITALIAN!!! Beyond livid over the utter blatant incompetency and disrespect!

I was working late and feeling hungry, so I went there late after most other places had closed for the night.I ordered a BLT pizza. The guy at the counter learned that it was my first time here so he went out of his way to make sure I had a good pizza. It was good. :)Wait time was about average, maybe 15 mins. I suppose they could put a few chairs in the waiting area but otherwise, no complaints, and I appreciate the extra service.

You can't beat the quantity for the quality. You can get better, but not by much,and you'd pay DOUBLE.

Ordered as a late night snack. They said it'd be 40-45 minutes, and when we got there, they let us pay/leave a tip, and then told us they had run out of dough and it would be another 20-25 minutes. The pizza was good, but the customer service was far less than stellar.

When other places close these lovely people cater to those that work odd hours, who want pizza after 10pm in Newark this is your place! Buy 2 subs get the 3rd free and they're delicious, pizza buy one get one the same size $4 more! Please check menus as prices may be subject to change but I'm incredibly hooked on the incredible pizza place you will be too! Don't forget to tip your driver.
