“I travel frequently for work and found this gem a few years ago outside of Chagrin Falls. I stop in every time I’m in the area. Great sandwiches & snacks for a good price. Definitely worth checking out—one of the best sandwich shops in Northeast Ohio.“

“This was the most inviting interior of a McDonald's I've ever seen. It was immaculately clean. The flowers on each table caught my eye. For how busy the place was via the drive thru, eating in felt like we were anywhere but a fast food restaurant, let alone McDonald's. What a pleasant experience!“

“As an American, I am programmed from birth to reject monarchies. I make two exceptions, Dairy Queen and Burger King. With a clean, up to date building with a drive through, and serving delicious treats and cakes, this is one queen I can serve. In addition to the frozen treats, they also serve actual meals of food. What's better than a DQ chili dog and fries. Well, if I'm being honest, lots of things. But they are still pretty great!“

Despite the convenient late hours and amazing deals they offer, that’s about the only time it’s worth it (except maybe if you’re not a huge fan of pizza sauce).Their pizza is almost sauceless here, which accounts for most of the rating. I then began selecting “extra sauce” when ordering, but end up with a very small amount - only a slight smear…which for me, I don’t think tastes good. Even when ordering it well-done, the pizza just seems like it’s maybe cooked to a regular-bake, in my opinion.All of my orders have been ready on time nevertheless! I do always try to take care of the workers, and have given this location half a dozen tries too, but still have the same experience. I’ve ordered from both the app, and the website as well, to be sure before reviewing.All-in-all, the hand tossed pizza is pretty mediocre taste-wise I would say…but the value is certainly worth it - but only when using a coupon. “Have a tradition every Saturday there is a group of us that go to the drive-through window.. we are older and love the young people that work night shift. They are a lot of fun and good laughs and we tell all our friends about this Dairy Queen. Recently, there’s a young lady there with pinkish color hair that should not be dealing with the public very rude. If she is a good worker, I don’t know she should be in the back ground and not heard. Even through the pandemic, we still supported our Dairy Queen. Thank you for listening.“

“Best McDonald’s in Northeast Ohio! First time using the in-store ordering Kiosk. Super easy, was able to add a mobile coupon with no problem. The food is made exactly how I remember McDonald’s food. Quick, easy, and delicious. Proper amounts of sauce and the fries were hot. Most McDonald’s locations are lost - this is one of the few left that do it right!“
