Placed an order through the drive thru and they wouldn’t accept Apple Pay as a form of payment. Wendy’s company policy says they do. “Manager” at the window was extremely unprofessional about the in counter.

The lemonade was horrible, ordered a pineapple mango lemonade, and the guy first tried to give me a cup full of ice. I told him to pour most of the ice out he did but then put a few drops of the syrup at the bottom so you couldn't taste it at all, that's what I paid 4 dollars for. Smh.

I've had good meals at this location when it's open. As far as I've seen it's pretty much a dinnertime and supper location. I went to the door at 8 in the morning and saw it didn't open until 9. It's almost too late to worry about breakfast at that hour. I have been there at noon and got decent food and service....only complaint is that it was pretty much vegetarian chili..... Where's the beef ?

Went to 2 different Wendy's locations today. This score is for Newtown, OH. Kids meal fries and cheeseburger were barely warm. Same as my crispy chicken sandwich. My dog was eating the kids meal, so it didn't bother me that it wasn't hot. But I went back through the drive-thru and told the young man my chicken was barely warm and I was asked how long it had been since I received it. I told him I had just driven to the back of their lot to eat. I asked for it to be remade fresh. The 2nd sandwich was much better, nice and hot!

Great employees, but you only have about a 30% chance of the dining room being open. A little frustrating that the restaurant has gotten rid of just about every affordable option while reducing portion and quality and you can’t even order in person.Sadly another Covid casualty
