Literally got greeted with the worst customer service ever. The woman walks up with a rude look on her face and says “yes?” as if I’m inconveniencing her to do her job. She grabbed me the wrong item, and basically threw my bag at me afterwards. No thanks.

Ive given this place many of passes because the staff has always been nice to me... however The manager with the red hair has ruined me going back here. I've seen her yell at her employees and customers including myself. Today was my final straw after being told its my fault their register crashed.Their register system crashes almost everyday and I understand that isn't their fault but it would be lovely if she didn't blame it on me and yell at me?

The workers there seem a bit stressed? I think the owner or manager doesn't treat them well I have seen questionable things. Also the workers seem to turn over a LOT. I hope you all aren't being mistreated. Be kind to your workers, the public sees it.

The food was excellent auntie annes is our favorite place to get food at the mall. Unfortunately I placed an online order it said it would be ready in 15 min i went up to the mobile pickup stood for awhile finally someone asked what i was waiting for. I told them mobile order was told they were too busy and to come back in 20 min. I sighed and agreed walked around and came back in 30 min was told again that it wasnt ready and to come back in 5 min. My kid was hungry this was ridiculous and enough for me to not come back to this place again.

4 people working. Walked up to the register, ready to put in a $30 order. No one acknowledged us. They were trying to figure out what the other person standing and waiting had already ordered. A man says "we are training" to the other guy but says nothing to us. We continue standing there. No one looks up or says, "Be right with you." We left because we felt disrespected. That's not customer service or a business I want to give my money to.
8/9/22 just walked out of the mall with my AA pretzels. First the young lady working greeted me with the biggest eye-roll that could be seen a mile away when she realized I was stopping at her location. Second she forgot my dipping sauces. Get it together y’all.

Terrible service. I am very disappointed because I asked for a cup of the cinnamon pretzels and there wasn't any cinnAmon when I had received them. I tried to go and politely ask if they could add more cinnamon but they refused and said that the cinnamon would be an the bottom of the cup. First off, it wasn't, and second, why wld I want to eat all of my pretzels and then find the much needed cinnamon after my meal? Auntie Anne's, get a new staff. I usually love your food but today was a huge letdown. DO BETTER!!!

I hate to leave bad reviews… but I hate paying almost $17.00 for stale & burnt pretzels. Someone needs to pay more attention to their products; don’t serve to others what you wouldn’t eat yourself!

If I could rate them a 0 I would. The tall boy named Skylar gave me the worst attitude and not to mention he wasn’t wearing his mask right while working around food in a whole pandemic. The workers there didn’t look sanitary either.
