First time ordering a pepperoni sheet pizza from Ianazones in a couple years...got pepperoni and it was delivered on time but barely any sauce or cheese..definitely will not be ordering there anytime soon ....price was much higher and topping sucked...so I mainly got plain pizza dough...so disappointed!!!!thankfully Niles has plenty of pizza places to choose....RENATO'S PIZZA IS AWESOME!!!!

Ianazones is what I picture when I think about the dreadfully mediocre food of Youngstown. The basic round pizza, a staple of pizza is beyond the ability of them to make. We got a round with just pepperoni. It was the soggiest, most poorly made pizza I might have ever seen. With sauce and cheese spilling over the crust and cuts that were barely indented into the pizza.

Ianazone's used to be good. It took them 50 minutes to have our order ready. Even though we picked up our pizza exactly on time, drove one mile inside a warm car, and put the box inside an insulated cover, it was Cold. It was also burnt around the edges and when I picked up my slice a big flat black flake about 3 square inches fell off the bottom of my crust. There was so little cheese that it was mostly sauce and crust. I wish I would have gone to their website BEFORE I ordered and saw they got 3 and 1/2 stars. Also, what should have been photos of their best yummy golden brown baked pizzas and other menu items, was pictures of burnt crusts, and cheeses that look dark brown and black. I should have learned because the last few times we ordered the pizzas were getting worse and worse, but I wanted to keep giving them a chance. We are done done done with Ianazone's of Niles.

Ordered online and when we showed up the order was not ready. They forgot to make it. They said it was in their online system but no one made a ticket for the staff to actually make the pizzas. I was offered a refund or they could have it ready in about 15 minutes. Was really hungry for pizza so we opted to wait. Ran down the road to best buy to pick up a few things. Came back and picked up the pizza no problem. Got home and pizza was a little under cooked. Feels like they may have rushed it. This was our first time trying this place as we just moved back to the area. Will give them another shot to see what happens next time.

I’ve gone to Iannozones for years never had a problem until now. They must have drank the coo aide also. They are now like everyone else. We are expected to pay top dollar but in return get a terrible pizza. Burnt absolutely no seasonings. Lost us as a patron.
