Had a blast with my family for my daughter's 9th birthday dinner. It wasn't as busy as expected. The server was kind and attentive. Alone, servicing a party of 8 or 9. They don't have a birthday song. They will make an announcement ( however, the mic was broken this particular evening. ) They will give you an option of dessert to enjoy for your celebration.

I didn't have high expectations, but King Cajun proved me wrong. The crawfish and shrimp were extremely fresh given we are in Ohio. It was odd seeing the plastic steam bags being served...my first thought 'oh no I'm gonna taste plastic' -nope not at all. I have tried hush puppies across the US and these were great! The corn was overcooked but other than that it was good. Lots of food options and the service was also good. We will be back!

The sea for is amazing.. the steak not so much. But all in all the did is really good. The waitress was amazing. The atmosphere was weird, during the day time at least. There was a big stage and tv set up. Like a karaoke stage right when you walk in. Looks more like a bar than a restaurant. I bet it would be a blast at night.Kid-friendliness: There were no booster seats. I think they just opened it, almost like they are still working on finishing the remodel.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing we got no complaints on the food from anybody in the group. Was pretty mad that they added extra charges for a large group but did not say that ahead of time. Just for three people they added an additional $30. Are waitress was amazing though but adding that additional hidden fees was not really

This place is cute on the inside but everything else leaves you wanting. Staff seem uninformed on menu and confused when you ask questions. Food it's self is lacking. If you like a Medicore verse of red lobster, just go there, don't waste your time.

NEVER order online, the website tells you to pick up your food in 15-20 minutes you get there and no body has touched the order, this has happened multiple times. You walk into the building and nobody acknowledges you for 10 minutes. Everyone sits in the back doing who knows what, no one is ever at the counter. After getting someone to acknowledge you, they finally put the food down and make you wait even longer. Why even have online ordering if you don’t make the food until you get there. It’s useless. Take it down or make the food ready when it’s supposed to be.
We went there Saturday night for the first time and we went in and was seated right away.the waitress was very friendly we ordered our drinks she got them then we ordered our food I had a lb of snow crab legs and they was not warm they was cold and seemed cooked long before so they was not good and for the price we paid for two people to eat the portions was very small for 78.00 dollars...Then when we was setting there drinking our drinks the bus boy came and brought other plates with food on them and said he wanted to make it easier for him when we lefted we was not happy he was like very rude I will make sure people are aware of that..He should have waited until we lefted to clean the table.He did it to the people in front of us too .I don't think we will be back for along time..

They sat us down just to forget about us! No one spoke to us or even greeted us at the table! We wait about 15 for someone to even notice we never got our order taken. Took a nice gentleman who was cleaning the tables to notice. Then they took an extra 5 mins to figure out who was actually going to serve us. When the waitress finally came to take our order she did apologize but in the same breath say you guys where not my table but I took you guys anyway. The food was not worth the money! You guys Had a deal for VDAYS and it was so skimpy. We had literally had 1 over cooked lobster tail, 3 snow crab legs, one big crab leg and handful of shrimp and two slices of sausage. It did come with the corn and potatoes! That was not worth the 100$ plus I spent. I was not offered any compensation for anything after them treating us with disrespect from jump. If I could give them 0 out 10 and no stars I would. Would never go to them again! Can’t even contact them because the phone just rings and hangs up!! Very unprofessional!!!

For the most part, everything was good and the service even better. Would go again.One note: DO KOT get the Hibachi. It was fairly flavorless, especially to look so damn attractive plated, and tasted like the grill. Our table sent that back.Vegetarian options: I don't believe that there are ANY!
