had the worst experience of my life! Came home from work starving and decided to stop at MickeyDs and was shocked to see my mcchicken to not even be a mcchicken becuz their was no chicken just hair. If I had known they dealt with hair I would have come for a fresh cut!Vegetarian options: hair was a great option for vegetarians and supplied me with 0.3g of protein

I ordered when I got there in the drive-thru. 3 MCCHICKENS, NO LETTUCE, ADD CHEESE. Very simple. At least I thought.They gave us 3 PLAIN. I took them in, only to wait almost 10 minutes (THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY!) and then they STILL messed them up! The lady who I was standing upfront but hiding behind the wall (after seeing me staring at her 3 time) asked what I was waiting on. I told her the EXACT order. They STILL HANDED ME 3 WITH CHEESE AND PLAIN. Does no one there know how to make a mcchicken with no lettuce, add cheese?!! I had already wasted almost 15 minutes between the 1st screw up and having to wait for the 2nd, so I didn't go back in the 2nd time. The kid who I talked to when I 1st walked in just gave me an excuse that there was another very similar order. Plain is NOT very similar.Don't bother having the manager reply saying sorry. They don't actually care! And sorry doesn't make the staff do their jobs.

I wouldn't eat here. The crew is very unprofessional and RUDE. How are you gonna give a customer a shamrock mcflurry in a child's cup without mixing it and pass it off as a completed item?? Who puts Tatar sauce on a Big Mac??! Let alone enough that is literally DRIPPING out of the sandwich box. Ordered a 10 piece, 2 cheeseburgers and one big Mac with no shredded lettuce. The only thing that wasn't wrong, was the cheese burgers. Got those, two Big Macs soaked in Tatar sauce and NO NUGGETS. Disgusting and ridiculous.
