Aside from the total cost of my food and my order number not one word was spoken by any employee to me during the process of me ordering and receiving food. Not hello. Not thank you. No can I take your order. No have a nice day. Not even welcome to McDonald’s. Nothing. Silence. Just stood at the register and stared at me like a ghost. This is customer service.

Food always taste like trash every time I retry to give their food a chance. More expensive than surrounding McDonald’s yet food is terrible or fry box is never filled. Most time workers seem lazy or have attitudes. Tell you to drive around or to come inside when something is forgotten or over the smallest things. Seems they care more about their timer than service. Oh… they rarely say please or rarely acknowledge your thank you. You do better, WAY better going to Eastwood mall plaza McDonald’s. Better service, better food, better prices, better attitudes.

Just always hectic parking lot. Just almost got into a fight and I did absolutely nothing wrong. The manager wouldn't help me saying not responsible for anything in the parking lot but it was in the building. Do not go here. The worst place on Earth ? Hell is a better place and better customer service than this McDonald's. Seriously Satan is nicer than the management and the rest of the employees stood there like a heard of deer in a semi trucks headlights.Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly establishment

Usually decent service and food. I stopped at 5:50 am 8/15/23 and waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. According to Google they are open 24 hrs. Looks like I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I requested fresh hot fries and chicken nuggets, the nuggets were fresh, the fries were not , well that's waste of $3.
Not actually 24 hours anymore. Doesn’t open until 6 and closes really early! Hours not updated on app, website or google.
It's a nice place for a fast food joint. I don't visit often, mostly it's just for a quick cheap bite.
