Ordered the original Italian and only got ham and salami on the sandwich. But, that's not the worst part! The guy that owns it thought it was ok to serve me moldy meat! I had to throw the whole thing away! I have pictures too!****Update****I stopped into the store to speak with the owner and he showed me that there was in fact all 3 meats on my sandwich. And he made me a new fresh sandwich and apologized for any inconvenience. I gotta say that a lot of places wouldn't have addressed this as quick as he did. And, made sure I left as a happy customer!I will definitely come back to this location!

We had a fine experience here for the first time. We’ve been to different Mr Hero locations, but not this specific one. There wasn’t a lot of parking, but this area didn’t look especially busy. We got our food as ordered and the wait wasn’t long. The food was served hot and yummy!

We wanted to try a new sandwich shop and decided to stop in here. Ordered a chicken Philly and cheesesteak, regular. Very disappointed. The cheesesteak meat is just a slab of meat pretty much and very skimpy. Likewise with the chicken Philly. Also ordered a kids cheeseburger. The bun was super small and cheap hamburger meat. However, the breaded mushrooms are very good! Friendly service. Not sure we’ll stop again as it’s pricey and you don’t get what you pay for.

Always stop in here when In Warren. Being from the Cleveland area originally till just a year ago, there is Mr heros everywhere. This one is clean , friendly and the food is always on point when I get food. Love the app too.

Went to the Niles, Ohio location for lunch today. I asked for a regular Romanburger combo with waffle fries, Coke and a cup of cheese for the fries. Without realizing I was about to get ripped off I paid almost $15 for everything. Thinking about it afterwards that the price seemed pretty high I looked at the receipt and figured out the person at the register took it upon themself to super size my meal and sell me a large cup of cheese instead of just a regular. Obviously this place is trying to make extra money by upgrading food orders without asking. Not to mention the fact that the food here at this location is average at best on a good day. If you want to eat here, make sure you check the bill before you pay for it to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to you.
