Personally I’m very disappointed with you guys. I always love going to O Charley’s when I was a kid. I did a take out today 4/21/24 and order the Atlantic Salmon, SwMash, rice & rolls & a Chicken Salad & cheesecake everything was disgusting for $40 should’ve just did take out at Olive Garden. Customer Service is 10/10 the lady was sweet to understand and asked if I wanted them to make it over or get a refund. I didn’t have time to go back up there and return my food but I will not be back ordering.

My wife and I frequent O'Charlys and enjoy the food and table service. Patrons should be greeted with a friendly cheerful voice that welcomes us to the restraunt. There is one Hostess that never smiles and only says "How many " and "Follow me".A great Welcome makes for a much better dining experience.This rating only applies to the Hostesses. The restraunt itself gets????? stars.

So the bread they hand out is very good and they give you a nice amount which is great. My complaint is the portions and quality of our actual order. I ordered the famous chicken tenders and I received 4 incredibley veryy small and what looked like something that I get in the freezer section at the grocery store. It didn't even remotely look like the picture advertised. The French fries were borderline cold as well. The fish was also just small and lifeless. Overall, the bread was the highlight. The restaurant itself was nice and the service was good. But the quality of the food was not good.
