Screwed up my order by giving me a Philly steak papadia, called them to get it corrected to a BBQ chicken papadia. Told me I was wrong about what I ordered even though the sticker says the right order. Told me he couldn't send out my correct order even when I said I'd return the incorrect item. Told me I could get credit toward my next order but when telling me the instructions on what to do, he faked the phone breaking up and I said screw it. Was rude to me the entire phone call as well. I will no longer be giving them any business.

Do not go here. I ordered pizza for delivery, and paid cash upon arrival. The pizza was straight dough. I called the store back where I talked to the “manager” Ethan, he was rude and disrespectful and had told me that wasn’t possible. The only way for them to do anything was drive 15 minutes to the store. So we did, he was still rude, told us because we paid cash they were not refunding the money but would make another pizza. They made another pizza yet again dough. Not only is the customer service AWFUL, the “manager” had long hair covering his face dangly in the food. No hair net, no hat, was not wearing gloves after consistently touching money and other objects. Someone is going to end up sick and this will turn into a lawsuit.
