Pulp already isn’t my favorite smoothie place, but options are limited in Warren. Went to Pulp in Niles, waited at the register for 12 minutes with not a single greeting from one of the three workers behind the counter. Walked out, didn’t want to give them a cent. Also while I was standing at the counter, the phone would ring and girl at the register would answer and immediately hang up. Phone would ring again and she would repeat. Terrible customer service.

The girls that work here are miserable and really do not like doing their job. Every time I go in nothing is made even though they accept it being done on the order. They are rude and never pick up the phone. I'm uncomfortable each time I've gone in and I can't handle it. The one in Austintown is so much better. They never get my order mixed or wrong and they are always kind.
The 3 young women working there was not focused made a mistake with my order as well as 2 other customers all during the same time. The young guy is very good customer service friendly and focused on preparing the orders.
