The manager should get some training or let go. Acting like a fool and degrading a employee in front of a customer, saying “I’ll get to ur order when I want” isn’t how Taco Bell wants that location ran. It’s been bad lately, and getting ur order taking inside has always been slow. Trying to “push” people to the kiosk and telling a employee not to take a order is aggravating. All while a young child was in the store!

I was having issues with a gift card reading properly at another store and was refused service. Minaj and the manager on duty at this location were more than understanding and accommodating when I explained the issue with the card. They were able to verify the balance, I ordered, had issues again with the card, but they refused to give up and got the card to be read and approved. Thank you both! Kudos!!

The best Tacos are not at this restaurant. They don't even follow order directions. You ask for extra onion and you don't get it. They charge you for it. Ridiculous. Must be crackheads working there. Never again. Something quick doesn't apply
Good food when you can actually get it. They need more workers staffed at night because waiting 40+ minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous. If it’s either call offs or they just don’t staff people at night it falls on management and those above them. I don’t fault the employees, they are trying their best.
