SO noisy you can't carry on a conversation. It's been a while but I wasn't impressed with the food. If you want really good food go to Aqua Pazzo in Boardman or Vasilios in Cortland.

Vernon's has been a 5 star restaurant in Niles since the beginning. If you are looking for fine Italian dining look no further. I highly recommend the ribeye.
