We eat here quite often and have never had a bad experience. Food and drink are always great. People are friendly and courteous.Parking: Parking here has never been an issue, even in winter the lot is always managed for snow and ice.
I normally really enjoy Charley's but today unfortunately the food was not good. I got a kids meal with boneless wings and an order of traditional wings. They were go nasty! Completely dried out and flavorless and just seemed to be really overcooked. It was really a waste and I ended up tossing it. The staff was nice but seemed very busy.

Tough to get in and out of lot unless you have a golf cart. Dining area is small and in the winter people pretty much stand right on top of your table while waiting in line. Manager was loud with obnoxious demeanor. Didn't like how he was training the new hire. Pretty stressful to watch and didn't think the guy was really doing anything wrong. They have a kiosk to order your food right out front and I hate those. Same manager made it a big deal to ring in an order like a normal...read full review
