Ordered a birthday cake delivered and they cancelled the order 15 minutes before the delivery!!!!!Our birthday parry was ruined !How embarrassing. Spoke with the district manager who was incredibly rude to me. Told me to call and complain to the delivery service.Never again will I go to the cold stone.

cake was freezer burned, not fresh. Ordered over 24 hours in advanced and still not ready when I picked it up. Writing on it was barely legible, sloppily written. For the price of the cake, custom orders should be made fresh

Wouldn't make a mobile order. Called and asked why and they were extremely rude. I've been trying to get a refund on DoorDash for 20 minutes now while two dashers are trying to pick my order up.

Stopped in for some milkshakes and they were out of milk. Decided on two love it sized ice creams instead. One was given to me as the wrong size, the other was the right size with the wrong type of ice cream. At that point though I just wanted to leave. Overall a waste of money.

Went there a few days ago with my boyfriend. We didn’t know how busy they’d be, so we just ordered online. It said our pickup time would be 10 minutes. Perfect! Anyway, my boyfriend goes inside to pick it up…several minutes later he comes back to the car and he said they “didn’t have it yet” and it would be “another 5-10 minutes.” He said it was kind of busy inside…then don’t have the pickup time be for 10 minutes later if it’s not even going to be ready!! He went back inside and had to wait in line..again…and said they acted like he was being a bother for just getting our stuff. Also ordered cone bowls on the side…got charged for it and didn’t even get them. I didn’t go back inside to get them since they appear to have attitude and I didn’t want to pitch a fit over 85 cents. The ice cream was good but we’ll be going else where next time.

Cold stone's service has really gone downhill. Every time I go in I struggle to get someone to take my order. They are always just sitting there in their phones and aren't willing to help me. I've also heard them talk about customers up front. I love the ice cream but the employees really seem to be lacking.

Whenever I'm on my phone, I keep seeing ads for Cold Stone and their Silk non-dairy ice cream. I go last night and wait in line for over 10 minutes...only to find out they're out of the Silk ice cream.Yeah...that didn't live up to the hype. Probably won't be back.

The staff is always friendly besides the managers. The girl who is or was the manager was terrible and rude. Other than that, the ice cream was great. Not to mention they have great chocolate truffles to die for! Definitely recommend going here. I
