I usually really like Donato's pizza but for some reason today's pizzas were a little disappointing. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra sauce and light cheese. There was no extra sauce. I also ordered a personal pizza with extra sauce and light cheese and there was also no extra sauce. There was also an abundance of cornmeal or whatever they put on the bottom of the crust. Hopefully, this was just an oversight tonight.

PIZZA!! It's great. Ten outta ten would eat again. Awesome service as well! VERY friendly staff! The dine in experience was great! Super clean, and comfy.

This pizza arrived basically raw/severely undercooked. The sausage, pepperoni, onions and peppers were not cooked and the dough was almost raw. We called to have them fix this and because we ordered through Uber Eats, they said they can't refund us nor would they make us another pizza and have it delivered for free. We are staying in a hotel and have no way to keep cooking this. The man we talked to on the phone said he checked with his GM and they can't do anything. We asked to speak to the GM and the assistant GM came on the phone and said the GM was on vacation. So we were also lied to. And she didn't care about our problem and told us when this happens, the customer reorders with Uber Eats and disputes the first charge through them. Read that last part again, WHEN THIS HAPPENS, which means this isn't anything new to them and they're used to hearing complaints. The fact that they didn't give a shit is disgusting and poor service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, unless you like food poisoning. Worst pizza ever!!!!

I have always went to donatos and loved their food. It's become my go to because they're cauliflower crust allows me to eat pizza on my celiac diet! You can't even tell the difference. So happy they got it!
