Avoid this location. Management and employees need training. Been several times and they never have gotten my sandwich right. What's so difficult about a plain bagel. Not asking for extra jalapenoes or something like that.

Absolutely horrible management and service. Manager was rude and didn't care that her crew were severely understaffed and stressed out. She kept disappearing to the back like she had something important to do . Instead of jumping on the line and getting orders out so her staff could catch their breath. Severely understaffed which leads me to believe that this isn't a good company to work for. Food was mediocre at best. Kinda overpriced for what little you get and the poor service. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you have time to kill and don't mind waiting forever. Cleanliness of the store was average barely looks like they concentrated more on take out than the shape of dining room. But that's to be expected with a place that is understaffed and overworked.

I hadn’t had Einseins in forever! They don’t have them where I live now. I was excited to stop by and I was quickly disappointed. The location didn’t have working fountain drinks so you were pretty limited on how you’d wash this dry sandwich down.. The quality is totally mass produced feeling and messy as can be. Service was nice and they apologized for the lack of drinks, can’t blame them for bad management. All in all, I have no real issue with this location, I’d bet it’s all of them degrading quality for a buck.
For a bagel place the bagels I got were not very good. I got an assortment and was very disappointed. The breakfast sandwich saved this place! It was fantastic and very high quality.
