We didn’t have a good experience here. Calm night, not busy. Server was not attentive at all. Waited for refills and silverware. Once done eating, we waited for at least 25 minutes to get boxes and the bill. Servers were all just hanging out chatting while we tried to get their attention. Food wasn’t the best either.

Restaurant has raised prices over 25% in last two years. Beans and rice man. Come on. Used to be affordable. I will never eat there again. Inflation, even on food is no where close to 25%. Greedy ownership.

The name El Rincon used to stand for exceptional Mexican food. And I have been to two other locations that were good.This place dropped the ball several times.The margarita that they brought my guest was the wrong flavor. They were out of the flavor she wanted, and so they brought out another, hoping she wouldn't notice.I asked for a spicy shrimp dish called el Chipotle, and they brought me del crema, also hoping that I wouldn't notice. It was bland.I would not risk going back here and spend my money on food brought by people who don't respect the customer. Go to Tres Potrillos or El Jalapeños or El Rincon in Akron. 100% never had a bad meal.
Thee greatest restaurant in North Canton. I've tried them all and the place on the corner is by far the best and the staple of North Canton. If it was up to me I would rename this town after this restaurant. God bless mi amigos 2 Cornithians 9:8.

Just a note: Portions are different, our grilled chicken nachos didn't have even 1/2 a chicken breast on them, and what queso was there was in a thin pool on the bottom of the plate. See photo. I hope this was just an off night. Def. not worth $10.75On the plus side, the tortilla chips were fresh and warm, 5 stars there.4 years ago: Super quick service, GOOD food.

Staff was very friendly and service was prompt. Food was excellent. My current favorite is the El Rincon bowl with chicken or chicken and steak. I ask for no lettuce or pico de gallo since I'm not a fan of either. I also add mushrooms. The result is a delicious combination of rice, mushrooms, black beans, corn, chicken/steak, shredded cheese topped with sour cream and sliced avocado. The flavor is amazing.
