Staff forgot the bacon on my sub, I was handed the sub before I even finished paying. When I had to come all the way back in and let them know that they forgot they gave me an attitude and acted as if I was a nuisance. Sorry if you’re going to charge me for extras I shouldn’t have to turn around and waste my time coming back for the staff to give me a hard time about it. The cashier girl was nice however.

Subpar service so slow, it's bleak "15-20 minutes" = 45+ minutes since 2021. Only one manager ever does it well. Don't know his name. Works weekends often. This past Order took an hour and was missing items. It was warm and disgusting with a rotten pickle. Never ordering here again.

I love Jimmy John's Big John subs! I ordered pick up because I don't want a delivery in case something wasn't made correctly. I ordered four sandwiches for my family and I on a hot evening. Had to wait on some delivery orders that slammed them. But I picked up the order and everything was correct.

I got two orders one for sister and her boyfriend and one for us those three got the JJ and I got a lettuce wrap it was brown I called them the girl that picked up the phone I told her what was wrong I told and she goes what would you likes us to do about it and I sent her photos she so what do you want the MGR to do about it we go there once a week I need to find another one to go to I don't appreciate being talk to like that I was a server for 32 years I would never talk to anyone like that ty rude people

Staff is all rude, all shouting things at you at once. Had me get my own drink and chips instead of setting them out with my Togo order. One worker at the cashier just said “do it yourself”. Won’t be going back.
