Extra chicken was disgusting! It was so overcooked and rubbery that I had to throw it all out. The mac/cheese was burned. Yuck! I will not go back here again.

I have only been here twice! Both times wanting to order 12PC Dark meat family meal and they tell me both times I cannot get all original has to be mixed with Extra Crispy. Canceled both times! I have never experienced this from any other KFC ever but this place twice in a row. Poor Management!

I am happier with KFC than most fast food restaurants. They offer bone in chicken (which "grown ups" still like, unlike all these chicken places that only serve kid's finger food). And they have had their 8 PC bone in chicken only for $10, which is a good deal for multiple months now. Now they have 8 spicy wings for $4.99, which is an awesome deal in today's climate. My problem, shown in the picture, is when I ordered a regular price side. I ordered 24 wings for $14.97 (once again great deal). Then decided to order an individual fry for $3.19.. Saving so much on the wings I figured no problem paying this price. Then I received the amount below. Maybe 20 cents worth of fries. Now that we're trying to pay "all" workers a living wage, this is unacceptable. The employee that filled this order really thought this was a proper portion for the money? Sorry, now that you are paid big boy wages this should not be the case. It might seem I am overreacting but this is not an isolated incident at fast food restaurants. It just disappointed me since I have a favorable opinion of KFC. So, manager at this KFC (who won't see this anyway), try to instill some sense of pride in your workers that they are doing the best that they can and try to give value when you can to your loyal customers. This might sound laughable today but I say it in all seriousness. Still giving it 4 stars for order readiness, taste of food, and great deal on wings.

I have tried and tried to leave a great review. This location is struggling. I've been coming for years and have yet to have a good order. The crispy version of the chicken always seemed to be under cooked.However, the staff have always been pleasant. Even when they are super busy, every person I've interacted with have been great. That's why I keep going back.When they have it, the original chicken is good. Stay away from the chicken tenders, the ones we just got looked and tasted like the ones we get from the frozen food section.

My family got a 12 piece bucket of original chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw with 3xtra biscuits. Everything was Delicious ?
Worst place ever, got extra crispy chicken yesterday, it was all soggy and nasty, they didn't give me my large mashed potatoes and gravy or my 4 biscuits and I paid 27.99 for this soggy mess....DONT ORDER FROM THERE ITS AWFUL AND THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!

Over the years, I've randomly stopped at this KFC. I have preferred locations, but those one is sometimes convenient. I dread giving this one another chance. My orders were often messed up in the past. The chicken is sometimes smaller than other locations, and it's usually too well done and dried out.This past visit was what I've come to expect from this location. They didn't have enough pieces to fulfill my order as ordered, and I didn't want to wait 13 minutes..The worker was very polite and accommodating. I accepted breasts in the place of a couple thighs. (Not a fan of white meat, so I'd ordered three dark.) I also grabbed one extra crispy.Regardless the type, the chicken was dry and overcooked. The flavor seemed off, compared to what I'm used to. It just wasn't very good. It was a disappointment, but I took a chance going to that location, out of convenience.
