The food was delicious. I had crispy pork, barbecued pork belly and a piece of Adobo chicken. My husband had the pork blood stew which was delicious. The owner was very nice, helpful explaining the food and offered a taste of each item so we could decide what we wanted. The service was stellar they were so great. We will definitely be going back.

Today was my first time trying Kusinera and Filipino food. The Pancit noodle was a little bland for my taste. I’m not sure if you’re suppose to add sauce? The beef and onion meat was good flavor but a little dry. I also ordered chicken (not sure of name but not bbq one) I was very impressed with the flavor of it ! It tasted like it was made with lemongrass maybe. My bf liked the pork (non spicy). The halo halo won us both over , best I’ve ever had . Today is their one year anniversary CONGRATS! I will be returning ?

They definitely know how to cook at this restaurant. Lots of meat and carb options, but not many vegetables. Their portions are also abnormally large. Definitely give it a try.

The food was amazing, delicious! It looks different than what most are used to, so they let you sample before you order. If you're tired of the same meals, give Kusinera a try. You won't be disappointed!

I've been craving Filipino food for so long, and I'm glad my Filipino friends brought me here to try it. It's very convenient. Spending $30 on ingredients to make Filipino food in an American store isn't worth it compared to spending $30 on different dishes like sinigang, fish, sisig, and kare-kare or whatever else. I recommend this food to all Filipinos out there. I love your Halo-halo too & sisig! The best!

Kusinera was a wonderful surprise. They have authentic Filipino food, and being there felt like I was back in the Philippines again. This ‘mom & pop’ spot is truly a hidden gem that the locals absolutely love and support. If you’re ever in the Canton/Akron Ohio area and are looking for something special, visit Kusinera. For true ‘foodies’ this is a must to add to your list.
Food was fabulous. The proud owners offered samples of pretty much everything on yhe menu. I'm excited to go back a try the other dishes.

Food was great! We had the adobo with rice and pancit with lumpia. We ate inside and it was a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The two women who served us were polite and courteous. Will definitely make a return trip soon.

Food was delicious, first time for me trying Philippino food, it felt familiar to me it has a lot of Hispanic food influence but with it own thing, the girls running the place were super friendly and tried to explain customers what each menu item was overall I had a great experience there, and prices are very reasonable
