The pizza be looking like them just dry, burnt and disgusting. The reason I say this is because customer service is everything from the moment that customer come and goes! Customer service is terrible. Rude and inattentive employees. I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited 10min before being addressed. I was asked who I was picking up for and let them know. Both workers walked away and one of them said, “Well, she’s gonna wait”. Another 15min passed while they disappeared into the back. The pizza that was given was old, stale and dried out. Do not waste your time here. Do not give this location any money.

Ordered from this location online and was given the absolute greasiest pizza I've ever seen! Soaked through the cardboard box! They gave us the wrong style pepperoni pizza and left out the butter sauce I paid for. The pizza was a soggy disaster. Skip it and order Marcos if you want cheap but good pizza.

Last time I got Little Caesar's pizza, I picked up my order and drove home, only to realize that my pretzel crust cheese sauce pizza was not pretzel crust. That's the only reason I wanted Little Caesars in the first place. I couldn't find a place online to submit an issue and it's a 40 minute round trip drive to the store and back to my house so I let it go. I decided to try again today. I ordered 2 pretzel crust cheese sauce pizzas and a deep dish and a slices and Stix with jalapeños. I got to the store right when it was ready but then I got an email saying to talk to the cashier. They said my order was ready but they made the wrong slices and Stix so I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a new one. I sat down and waited. When the new one was made, the lady came back to the front counter and said the second one they made for me was made wrong again so I had to wait for them to make a third one. She assured me she would make sure this one was right. So I waited longer. After more time passed, a guy came to the counter with boxes and said everything is ready to go. I opened all the boxes to make sure they were the right thing and realized I only received one of the 2 pretzel cheese sauce pizzas that I paid for. I stood at the front counter a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence now that I'm still here after a long period of waiting. Finally, a guy came up and asked if everything was okay. I showed him my order and that we were missing my second pretzel crust cheese sauce pizza. He looked around everywhere and there was not another pizza made. He told the workers making pizzas that he needed one and the one lady said it would have to wait because she had orders on the screen to make. At this point, it was almost 50 minutes after I had placed my order. They said they would make a new one. I stood and waited another 5 minutes and then one guy said he found one that mustve been made and was coming out now. He boxed it up and handed it to me. Now that 3 of the 4 pizzas I ordered were cold, I grabbed the box and headed home. I told my husband to grab some quickly because most of everything was already cold. I opened up the top box so we could get the fresh pizza first and it wasn't a pretzel cheese stuffed crust with cheese sauce. It was a regular cheese stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and regular pizza sauce. I am so disappointed and unamused. I will not be returning. What a waste of time and money and energy. I cannot imagine ever having a business run this way. If I didn't already pay for the pizzas I would've left everything at the store and grabbed McDonald's instead. I will not be back. This was by far the worst experience picking up food that I've ever had. I tried to reach out to somebody to let them know but apparently there are no longer valid links to report any issues so here we are on review.

This little Caesars is perpetually understaffed and incapable of handling the number of orders they receive. The app does not give an accurate prediction for the pickup time. It said 6:33 pm but it wasn't ready until 7:00 pm. The food also made us feel sick afterwards. The employee working the counter and drive through was very kind and hard working, but the rest of the staff were rude and incompetent.
Food is not done properly last 2 times. They will not take phone orders at all by keeping voice mail full.

I placed an order on 10/30/23 at 7PM online. It said it would be ready between 7:16PM-7:25PM When I got there I had to wait another 40 minutes. Only for them to not give me my full order. I also ordered a half pepperoni pizza and half jalapeño cheese sticks, and the employee told me that everyone in the store was new and training and none of them knew how to make it. What?! So they told me to give them 5-10mins to figure out. When they made it and gave it to me it was a half cheese/jalapeño pizza and half plain cheese sticks. Like how hard is it to put pepperoni on the pizza side and jalapeños on the cheese sticks. Not to me to mention the food tasted VERY odd.. They also weren’t trying to give me the side sauces that I paid extra for. Like what a joke.. I love Little Caesars but this one is really going down hill. I even contacted customer support for a refund and I haven’t heard anything back.

STAY AWAY!!! Been here multiple times and pizza isn't done half the time. Try calling them and they never answer only take online orders. Never have Pizza ready and last time I went there was told there terminal was down when I came to order stuffed cheesy bread. This place is a total joke and don't understand how there still in business.
