My Flo's filet was done perfectly for my taste! I asked for slightly pink center, and that's exactly how it was cooked.Tender, tasty, just great!

The new trend in cooking appears to be the misconception that EVERYONE loves spices and EVERYONE wants their food spiced with heat!!I literally had a severe asthma attack after only one bite of a Rib eye steak. I was not offered help in any way , was not able to eat anything more ,luckily I did eat the salad before the steak came.They did charge me and stated they season all of their steaks that way. They showed me the FINE print at the top of the page stating the meat is spiced with their "special blend"! Hmmm my question would be WHY? Why ask how someone wants their steak done then serve the steak with spices that many people can not eat and do not want? And what's with the new TREND of everything being prepared with some spicy HOT sauce or FIRE sauce sauce????? I wonder is the food a little on the out of date side so spice it up so you cant tell? Or is the cook so limited in food service that he can't cook a good steak with just some butter , garlic and a little Rosemary?

Took my daughter for her birthday and the steaks were way over seasoned. The food came out way before having time to eat salads. Waitress didn’t ask how the steaks were. I’ve been coming here a long time but from now on will make the drive to Dover Roadhouse. This isn’t the first time I’ve had these issues.

Longhorn is always a good meal. I have visited this location many times and have never had anything less than a great experience. If there is a wait it is never very long at all. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I went on a date tonight to this location. I had their LH burger, which was quite good and perfectly made to order. My wife had their sirloin and shrimp combo dinner and it looked, and tasted, fabulous from what I heard. Everything was great until the end of our visit.We had a Christmas gift card to use, so we initially paid with that and utilized the quicker "Scan and Pay" option, found atop the card advertisement on our table, to pay for the rest. After promptly receiving my receipt showing I paid for absolutely everything, we left to continue our date night elsewhere. We were on our way home when we received a three calls in a row from a number that had no caller ID. We then received a call from Longhorn....My wife picked the call up and the Longhorn employee asked my wife bluntly, "Hey there. Were you going to come back and pay the rest of your bill?". My wife let them know we paid in full the rest of the check via "Scan and Pay", where the manager was then brough on the line. My wife reiterated that we paid via "Scan and Pay" and that was that. The manager stated that the bill just came through as paid on their end, 10-15 minutes later. The manager, after confirming we paid, simply said goodbye. There was no apology for stating and assuming we were simply "not going to pay".Our server Megan was the epitome of great customer service, but due to being classified as "dine-and-dashers" for no apparent reason, other than not checking their system to validate the concerns of course...needless to say, we're totally thinking about bumping Longhorn from the top of our go-to steakhouse list. We'd rather go elsewhere where we can be treated appropriately after paying with a service that Longhorn offers customers to utilize.
