Great Italian food, great people serving it also. ? My family(6 of us) loves this place, we drive from Akron. They have the”best” ranch dressing!Vegetarian options: My granddaughter gets the Alfredo or Marinara sauce with pasta or rigatoni!Kid-friendliness: Very Friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room!
We got the meatball pizza. We had to cut it because it wasn't cut very well and made it messy to eat, but it was delicious. Wedding soup was great and authentic. Stuffed shells were good. The marinara ones were better than the Alfredo. I will come back.
Food wasn't overly tasty. We were recommended to go to this restaurant, and it was a bit of a letdown. You do get a good amount of food for the price and it is very reasonable.
Called to place a catering order the day before I needed it. Was told by an unfriendly lady that I couldn’t call ahead and needed to call back the day I needed it. I called the next day as soon as they opened and was told they need 24 hours notice for a catering order.

We've been loyal customers for a very long time, but the place has been going downhill for quite awhile now. After what happened below, they've lost us for good.DO NOT DOOR DASH MAMA GUZZARDI'S!!! They WILL screw you over... and then they'll throw your Dasher under the bus to try and cover their mistakes.Among other issues... they made our Dasher wait for over half an hour for lasagna - a dish that's made by the pan and is ready at all times. We know this because he was texting updates every few minutes. When our order finally arrived, the lasagna was piping hot - and burnt - confirming whose fault it was. (The restaurant's.) The other dinner wasn't even close to what we ordered. Our call to the restaurant was handled with a total lack of professionalism and zero effort was made to make it right. They claimed our Dasher was lying - even after we proved he wasn't. Ten minutes after calling, we got an email from Door Dash with a $0.57 refund. Yes, really.To the owners of Mama Guzzardi's: I contacted you privately, and you apparently can't even be bothered to reply. Now the community will see how awful your service actually is.PLEASE stop treating your restaurant like it's a high school Home Economics class. Take an active role in the management of the place, or sell it to someone who will. We long for the days when your restaurant was the best place in town to eat - and reasonably priced, too. Those days are very obviously long gone, and we're very sad about it.

When we arrived, they were getting slammed. The place was pretty full and to be honest, we were skeptical about what the service would be like.We had the absolute best time! The food was amazing delicious! I believe the meatballs were the highlight but my stuffed shells were very good. Hubby got lasagna and it was so good. Nice portions and very flavorful. Service was top notch! Thank you Adam for a great experience!!! We will definitely be back. I need to try all the dishes.
