Called twice on a Thursday at 4:30. Both times we were put on hold for over 4 minutes. After waiting twice we hung up and called Pizza Hut. Not on hold and pizza ready in 14 minutes. So dissapointing. We have always ordered from Marco’s for many years when the Rynearson brothers owned

Moved into area a month ago. Have had Marcos three times and each time it has been outstanding. Today we requested delivery and it was exactly as they said. Great pizza and great service. Thank you Marcos of North Canton!!

Exactly two hours later and still waiting for a pizza to be delivered. When I called they said it was coming. It's been an hour and a half since that call.

Ordered 2 pizzas over an hour ago and their promise time was 5:40, it's now 6:23 and still no pizza. When I called they were absolutely no help except its on the way. I'm certain this is going to be a cold pizza. So very disappointed for the amount of money I spend there.
Placed a phone order, two large pizzas told 20 minutes to pick it up - no problem. Upon arrival, one worker in store, was told one minute. Worker continued making simple salads instead of tending to the counter for the pizzas that had been sitting there. 6-7 minutes later, he continues to waddle around replenishing stock items in the back instead of tending to counter which should be a priority. Finally, after he was completely finished with the two salads, he tends to my order. No "sorry about the wait", "how is your night" nothing to offset the silence and delay created on his behalf. After checking out, again nothing said "thank you for your order/business/patronage". Attempted to make an online feedback using the Marco.com site, and it completely bypasses the attempt to leave a review for the store. I understand people are busy, places are short staffed, and blah blah blah. However, there's nothing worse than expecting to spend $25 on pizzas only to not only have subpar service, but the pizzas weren't even as hoping after all that. Thanks "Norman" for your hospitality. I do not think I will be patronizing this place again.

Reckless drivers…driving 50+ through neighborhoods with kids and had one driver hit our friend’s vehicle in a parking lot.
