Only McDonalds around here that just doesn’t cook their food. Fries are always cold, near raw. Nuggets are slimy and undercooked. Buns aren’t toasted, burgers are old and gross. Order is always wrong. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to another location, this one is flat terrible.

Not sure what’s going on with this location lately. Live down the road and been going here for about 8 years now. Last few visits everything we ordered was wrong. It was right on the receipt but wrong when we got it. This and the fact I really wouldn’t consider them “fast” food right now. I stood by the register for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then waited 15 minutes for my order. I can understand being short staffed and having to wait but then when I get home and all 4 burgers are wrong and the large fry is half filled?

My family and I are DONE eating at our local McDonald's.We live .5 mile from this establishment and have NEVER EVER gotten fresh food.This evening after being asked to pull to the third window, our food was cold and wrong. I had to go in and get it right. So pulling to the window means the food ain't ready so your expecting it to be fresh....NOPE! NEVER!My husband went there last month ordered double cheese burger and a fry and it was 6.00 freaking dollars. He was asked to pull to lot 1 and he waited over 15 minutes for his food.When he received it the double cheese was a single and the frys were cold and not done all the way.2 months ago me and my grandbaby aye breakfast here. When we walked in no front counter service at all. The workers just stared at us "like go away" our breakfast order was missing food, when I went to the counter the gentleman stated I will bring it right out....well we NEVER got our missing items.I'm done and my family is done paying FOR OVERPRICED COLD FREAKING FOOD!

Used to love McDonald's so I quit going to them. I was in North Canton thought I would stop at the one on market. This is the best McDonald's I think I've ever been to everything was perfect each time McDonald's could definitely learn a lot from those people great job Rick

The service and food were excellent! They need to pay more attention to size. I ordered a filet-o-fish value meal (large size) and two McDoubles. They did give me the right size drink but gave me a medium fry. Drive thru crew was nice though.
Typical McDonald's food. Friendly, efficient crew. My order was correct and prepared properly the way I had ordered it.

Food is typical for McDonald’s. The morning crew is super friendly but if you get 2nd/3rd shift employees at the window they tend to be rude and not care most of the time they take my money and give me my food without saying a word That’s the reality of young teenagers working.

I never expect much at fast food places for obvious reasons. I asked for a cup of whipped cream, they said they won’t do it. I asked for a PLAIN cheeseburger with just cheese for my dog since he had a vet visit, I made sure to ask at the window if it was JUST cheese and they said yes, well it was loaded with onions which it highly toxic for dogs. I also ordered a mcchicken that just had Mayo all over the inside and outside of the bun like it was done deliberately, because how could you make it THAT messy. They weren’t very nice. It’s such a simple order and a simple job, how is it so hard to put the order together correctly?
ordered two large ice at the counter because the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went in. I felt like a ghost and the counter,my tea was to be cut 50/50 and the worker asked if I wanted sweetener (strange) I have tasted better creek water and it looked better. For the amount of per hour wage people are wanting paid including MANAGEMENT. If management or employees don’t like there job tell them to go elsewhere and work!!

I gave the place 2 stars, merely because I ate here once, and it's okay for McDonald's. The last time I was here, I made the mistake of using the restroom facilities before I was going to order, which caused me to quietly leave and refuse to purchase food. I've seen cleaner bathrooms in dive bar and truck stops, and if there was a porta potty diner, I would have a better, cleaner, safer environment in which to eat at. The bathroom was covered in splashed water, and one toilet was filled with urine and toilet paper, like on the seat too. If the restroom looks like that, and there is no toilet paper, how are the people who make the food clean???
