The rice wasn’t fully cooked. A tiny portion of walnut shrimp only to be upcharged for it. The orange chicken was oddly sour. So sour the point I couldn’t even eat a 1/4 of it.

We ordered bowls on Doordash. The bowls were chowmein and beef and broccoli. . There was hardly any chow mein . It was filled mostly with large pieces of cabbage including the hard heart pieces. And only a very small amount of beef. Very disappointed. We will not be ordering take out from here for awhile.

It has been a while since I ordered at Panda Express. Probably a year or two ago. It was great! The fried rice wasn't anything to talk about. The chow mein noodles was good! Would have just got a full order of that instead of the half and half. Beijing beef was good flavor. A little sweet for my taste still ate all of it. Orange chicken was orange chicken. What you would expect. Lol. That Kung pao chicken. Wow! That was great! Tons of flavor and lots of heat. Was prefect! Would recommend and definitely coming back here ago soon. Priced well too! About what you would pay for fast food and atleast it feels and taste like fresh food instead of over processed and preserved foods from most other fast food places.
The manager must get bonuses based on P&l. Problem is when most of the items contain very little meat unless they have an "upcharge" the profit is high and so is the loss ...of customers that is.The manager never took the training on customer service as he was more concerned about counting the broccoli then taking care of a customer.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOST THEREVegetarian options: None except the "super greens".

I’ve purchased food multiple times ((hopeful)) from this location and I’m always disappointed. I’ve only enjoyed it on one occasion. Paying for an extra entree I’m usually given the same portion as my spouse that ordered a portion less than myself, then given food ice cold even when returning it to exchange it for fresh tonight and it was beyond dry! Not worth the hype or penny @ this franchise location!

The manager on duty was rude and we watched her treat her staff just as rudely. Stewart on the other hand deserves a 10 star review for his hard work and being the only one running around, cooking and waiting on customers.
