Surcharge of 4% for using credit card should have been separate from the food. It should have been listed as a line item but it was not. If you tell the register person, 20% tip, then you would be paying the tip on the food served as well as the added surcharge. I don't believe there was any signage or adequate disclosure that warned customers of the surcharge. I only became aware of it when I saw total food did not match the total I came up with. It was only then I was told the food charge included the additional credit card fee.

Cool little place. Went there for lunch, but they served breakfast til 2 pm, so I changed to biscuits and gravy with an egg and pancake. The server worked with me to piece together a makeshift order with just what I wanted. Everything was delicious. The biscuits and gravy were a little on the salty side, so I didn't finish it, but the pancake was awesome (egg was scrambled--even I can't mess up scrambled eggs). Service was prompt, friendly, and very accommodating. Spacious seating--booths mainly--although not many of them so get there ahead of the rush..Wheelchair accessibility: Getting in with a wheelchair might be a challenge. Their entry space has two consecutive doors with a fairly small space between the doors. You pass thru one door to an area that will fit a wheelchair, but the next door opens in (both doors are manuel and swing into the middle/small space) so maneuvering those doors/space might be challenging.

I have no plans to return. My wife and I went in on a Saturday morning that was not busy, and lots of staff. After we ordered our drinks, we were not waited on again for over 20 minutes. All tables around us were serviced, some a few times. Having worked in the Industry, I really can’t understand the lack of service. My wife is pregnant and we could not wait any longer and decided to cut our losses, and go to a different place. This is not our normal spot, and it had been a few years since we ate there. With the abundance of breakfast options in the area, I see no reason to go back. I did call in to speak to the manager as I thought they should be aware. Unfortunately the person on the phone was rude and not helpful. Individual experience may vary.

Simply the BEST diner in North Canton! The atmosphere is great, the staff are all super friendly and personable, and the food... oh, the food is HEAVENLY! While they can get rather busy, the wait is never too long, but it's worth it for a taste of their divine breakfast! You can't go wrong with an omelette, biscuits & gravy, German fries, crispy bacon, or their sausage links! I must confess that I've only had their breakfast, but they have me hooked! BTW, if you end up on Freudy's side, don't fret! The atmosphere is even better and it's a great place to watch the game on Sunday.
